At BadShoe Studios, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please ensure that you carefully check the size chart and product details before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at badshoestudios@gmail.com if there is an issue. To request a replacement, you must reach out within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable. This includes custom products and sale items. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns before making your purchase.
